Wanting the blank leaf a1, and leaves e2-10. Leaves e2-10 supplied from the facsimile edition by John Rae (London, 1869), followed by the annotations of that edition.
Binding: Blind-tooled red morocco, by Zaehnsdorf. Gilt-edged leaves. According to de Ricci, formerly bound with a copy of [Robert Wild], Iter Boreale (London, 1660); see BQR 4,41 (1924), 102.
