The BL copy has three extra printed leaves with letters of dedication to 1) Robert d'Estouteville, provost of Paris; 2) Jean II de Bourbon, Duc d'Auvergne; and 3) Louis XI. The last, dated 22 Apr. 1472, gives the first names of the printers; the same letter is found in the HEHL copy. These letters were perhaps printed for special presentation copies (Claudin FPPr p. 62); Author's name also recorded as Rodrigo Sánchez de Arévalo
