=561 \\$aProvenance: Several early manicules and nota in red and brown in the first quarter of the volume (16th century), Lectio XXX also extensively annotated in a later hand. Previous shelf marks N. VI (on inside of front board) and 115 (on top edge suggesting book had been shelved on the fore edge). From the Acton Library, its book label on upper pastedown. Bought by Andrew Carnegie and given by him to Viscount John Morley, who presented it to Cambridge University in 1902.$5UkCU
=563 \\$aBinding: Blind stamped quarter pigskin over wooden boards with internal chamfers, fragment of a German MS used as spine support. Front paper endpaper now missing (tab of quire guard remains), rear endpaper remains. Four sewing supports, leather clasps with catchplate on upper board. Vellum band around rear board, probably an early repair; post-dates the endpaper, but early enough to be wormed extensively.$5UkCU
