  1. A-585(1) Copy Leaf b1r begins ‘dElicta mea cur . . .', not as GW. Binding: Eighteenth/nineteenth-century red morocco; on both covers a single gilt fillet form a frame; on the turn-ins a roll of fern-tips within a broken zigzag line; the spine gold-tooled; marbled pastedowns; the gold stamp of the Bodleian Library on both covers. Size: 202 × 140 × 15 mm. Size of leaf: 196 × 132 mm. On a1r one six-line initial ‘E' is supplied in interlocked red and blue. Two- to four-line initials and paragraph marks are supplied in red or blue; a three-line blue initial ‘U', instead of ‘T', is supplied on b7r. Red-ruled and capitals touched with yellow wash. Provenance: Henry Joseph Thomas Drury (1778-1841); inscription, with date 1818, on front endleaf; sale (1827), lot 364.
