Binding: Nineteenth-century pasteboards covered with Buntpapier. Brown morocco strip of earlier spine, with the title, pasted on the spine.
Size: 314 × 220 × 15 mm.
Size of leaf: 312 × 212 mm.
Provenance: Paulus Nicolaus Serranus (sixteenth century(?)); ‘F. Pauli Nicolai Serrani'; stamp on a1r.
Like other books owned by Serranus, this one probably passed to the Biblioteca Comunale Serrasanquirico, although the endleaves which used to be marked with the library stamp have been lost due to rebinding.
Bought by Ingram Bywater (1840-1914) from Bocca in Nov. 1913; cutting from sale catalogue; Elenchus, no. 347a.
